Planning and Writing Articles & Content

I have decided to keep my blog as a personal diary, which I will write by hand, and then upload onto E-Blogger at a later time.

Original Entry:

Today, I began to plan and research for my website. After creating a variety of brainstorms (shown above) to plan the content of my site, I began to write the articles to use in my "Homes 4 Hounds" website using Microsoft Word.

After planning my articles, I have decided to base the content of my 'Home' page around introducing the user to the company and it's aims, and also as a guide to familiarising the user with the website. I have also chosen to base the content of the 'Caring for Dogs' page based around guiding users on how to make their homes safe environments for dogs, and also as a source of links to related sites.

Also, I have themed the 'Contact Us' page around informing users on how to apply for dog adoption, how to contact Homes 4 Hounds, and also the facilities at the Homes 4 Hounds base.

I have also written to introductory articles to be used on the 'Gallery' and 'Our Dogs' page as guides to use the pages.

The next steps I will take will be to begin to design the layout of my 'Homes 4 Hounds' website.
